History

Pacific Northwest Professional Practice Services, was started in 1988 to facilitate the transitions of dental and medical practices in the Pacific Northwest. Ms. Harlan had a 10 year financial and accounting history and saw a need in the dental/medical community to help Doctor’s with one of the biggest decisions in their career, to buy or sell a practice. With Ms. Harlan’s banking expertise, Pacific Northwest Professional Practice Services Inc. , was able to put together a financing program for professionals enabling them for the first time to obtain maximum financing from a financial institution. With the combination of talents, the company grew very quickly. By the early 1990’s Pacific Northwest Professional Practice Services was rapidly gaining market share and by 1994 the company had transitioned more practices and provided more financing than any other company in Washington.

Together Ms. Harlan and her Associates, have over 20 years of dental transitioning experience, 30 years in finance and accounting and 30 years of brokerage experience.
